“We write to taste life twice, in the moment and in retrospect.”
Document your travels or use it simply for your day to day reflections. Your student can fill it with experiences of her or his first year of high school or college. My own first book was for my daughter who'd just enlisted in the Navy. Regardless of what you choose to write, draw or paste in your book, you will be writing the stories of your life that your children and grandchildren will love.
We all have hundreds, if not thousands of photos on our phones or social media accounts. And, while looking at them is fun, scrolling through a digital album is just not the same as flipping through the pages of a book with a friend or loved one. And, what grandma doesn't want a brag book of her babies?
Grocery lists, the day's to-dos, passwords, quick notes to remember. My dad uses his every day for all of those things and more.
My granddaughter loved putting together her own photo book. She pasted the photos in herself, added her own "captions" and decorative flairs and just enjoys tying and untying the the mini key closure on her own little creation.
Honestly, these are just cute =). Wear them on a necklace or keychain or even a bracelet. I've printed mini versions of stories and sayings and bound them in these little books. I would love to print some photos next and bind them into one of these babies. Let me know if you would like to try it out.
In the meantime, check out what some sample books or customize your own book.
Thanks for stopping by!
